TO ORDER

DO YOU DELIVER
Yes. We deliver around Metro Manila and in some parts of Rizal.

DO YOU DO SAME-DAY DELIVERY
Upon Availability. Please message us on Instagram to request. 

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDER PICK-UP? MAY I BOOK MY OWN COURIER
Yes. Please select PICK-UP option in the checkout page. We will message you once your orders are ready for pick-up.

WHAT TO DO IF MY ADDRESS IS INVALID
"This order can’t be shipped to your location. Contact the store for more information."
Please make sure to type in your complete address. Address data is based on Google Maps. If it still won't push thru, just send us a message via e-mail, or through social media and we'll assist you.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payments via GCash, BDO, and BPI. We also accept credit card payments via PayPal too.

DO I NEED TO REFRIGERATE MY COFFEE
Yes! Please refrigerate your coffee as soon as you receive it. All of our bottled coffee are made with fresh ingredients, no chemicals and no preservatives.

WHAT IS THE SHELF-LIFE OF THE COFFEE
3-4 days refrigerated for all drinks except for cold brew which you can store upto 10 days. 

HOW TO BEST ENJOY MY COFFEE
To best enjoy, serve it chilled (extra chilled if possible) and over ice.
